Even though this may look like a rollerskate conjured up by a science-fiction aficionado predicting 2075 - it's actually been created for the not too distant future.This new rollerskate prototype is the brainchild of Mercury Design, based out of Austin, Texas.
The new design has been invented with more than just the thought of transportation in mind; it's made more to benefit the rider in terms of reducing fatigue and preventing joint damage.
