This tower to be built in Korea has been the subject of some definite controversy for obvious reasons. The tower seems to reflect the World Trade Center after the terrorist attack on 9/11, however, it is meant to depict a tower rising above the clouds. Personally I think this piece of architecture is innovative and lovely in its design. It's understandable that some people could be sensitive about it but I feel people should think past the superstition that the world is a terrible and vengeful place filled with sick architects and move on to appreciate new ideas.
